Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM. Guests arriving earlier may be accommodated subject to room availability.
  • Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the hotel in advance.
  • Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
  • Rooms are allotted as per the occupancy mentioned at the time of booking.
  • In case of early arrival before the standard check-in time, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
  • Failure to check out on time without prior approval may result in extra charges.

Guest Policy

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval from hotel management.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
  • Children above 12 years of age are considered adults for occupancy and tariff purposes.
  • Extra guests or additional bedding may incur additional charges.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who fail to provide valid identification.
  • Local residents may be subject to additional verification as per hotel policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will attract a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
  • Early check-out after check-in may be treated as a cancellation and could be non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Special promotional or discounted bookings may have non-refundable cancellation terms.

Hotel Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor areas of the hotel. A penalty may be charged for violation.
  • Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises unless explicitly mentioned or approved by management.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use or possession, are strictly prohibited.
  • Loud music or noise that may disturb other guests is not permitted, especially during night hours.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate hotel policies without any refund.
  • Cooking inside the rooms is not permitted unless the room is specifically equipped for it.
  • Guests must comply with all local laws and hotel safety regulations during their stay.

Payment Terms

  • All room tariffs are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.
  • An advance payment may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • The remaining balance, if any, must be settled at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted modes of payment include Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
  • Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the same payment card used for booking at check-in.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the hotel’s cancellation policy and may take 5–7 working days.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s card prior to arrival.
